Kim is like many of you, a busy mother, wife, and business woman. She is dedicated to her family and friends. If not working, she is taking her children to basketball, XC, dance... With two children, Ashlynn 12 and Matthew 16, Kim understands how important it is to take care of yourself and be the example for your family. She enjoys running obstacle course races with her family and travels many weekends with her daughter, who dances competitively.
Ask anyone, and they will say that Kim is dedicated to the health of everyone she knows. Kim understands how hard it is to find time to exercise but makes it a priority each day to work out and make smart eating choices – however, on “cheat days” you will find Kim enjoying a slice of pizza, a glass of red wine and a delicious chocolate chip cookie for dessert. She believes it is okay to indulge once in a while and not deprive yourself of the foods you know are treats. With that reward, it is so much easier to stay on track 90% of the time.
Kim is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in nutrition and personal attention. She is compassionate and listens to the needs of her clients. Although Peak Physique is a group fitness atmosphere, Kim gives individualized attention to each client and will adjust and modify a workout that is right for them.
If you are looking for a drill sergeant, this is not for you. Kim motivates by example and coaches each client. One of her clients describes it best, “I don't want to let her down because she is working so hard on my behalf. Her classes are tons of fun and they are constantly changing and always challenging. Everyone has a great time and, the best part, we see amazing results!”
