“My name is Jodi and I would like to share my boot camp story. After having my two kids and moving to a new place, I had not worked out in years. I met Kim and she got me back to the gym! I realized that she was passionate about exercise and good health and was thrilled when she decided to get certified as a personal trainer. I have fond memories of Kim working with fellow boot camper, Jeannette and I at her house just as she was starting Peak Physique. I was 40 that year and kind of in a rut. I have not worked since having my kids and while I am so grateful to be a stay home mom, there were definitely those days when I felt as if I had lost my identity. Jeannette encouraged me to sign up for a Ramblin Rose mini triathlon. At first, I was full of doubt and thought I could never do it. Kim began training us and I literally watched my body start to transform. I was doing things I had not done in years. Jeannette and I finished the triathlon and it gave me a whole new sense of confidence. This was the first thing I had done in years that was just for me, how empowering!

Since then, I have watched Peak Physique continue to grow and am so blessed to be part of such an awesome group of women. Kim is not just concerned with how our bodies look, she teaches us about nutrition, and emotional health as well. Last January I started the Belly Blast diet and have been able to lose 10 lbs and keep it off. My cholesterol has been high since I was 16 and I had been on meds since my early 30’s. I am now off the medication and feel better than I have in years! Furthermore, the support and comradery of this group is very special. We encourage one another, get a little competitive and just have a great time. Kim does and amazing job of mixing things up and still continues to surprise us with creative and challenging workouts. For me, the work outs have not only benefitted my physical health but also my mental health. I now have more energy to keep up with my kids and a crazy schedule and have a wonderful outlet for stress! Thanks to Kim and the group at Peak Physique, my life has changed for the better and I will continue to exercise and set new goals for myself for years to come.”

Just wanted to give you my final numbers; down 10lbs this morning. Thanks so much for sharing that diet with me; it has made such a difference. Your boot camp is also so amazing – being able to do one push up was a crazy dream, 10 in a row now is just unbelievable! Now I have to get to 20 push-ups! Thank you SO much!

“Why do I LOVE working out at Peak Physique? Quite simply, Kim makes working out FUN! In the past, the hardest part for me was to get motivated to go to the gym/class. There was always an excuse……as a busy Mom lots of things always seemed to pop up. This is obviously an important first step. Working out must be a top priority to get results. You have to put it on your calendar just like any other appointment. Kim pushes me to be the best I can be through many different ways of encouragement. I have never felt better. I have lost 24 pounds, have more energy and feel so much better about myself. In a matter of a few months working out with Kim, my cholesterol went from 229 in November 2012 to 162 in May of 2013. Pretty AMAZING!! Peak Physique has given me the opportunity to live a happier/healthier life and in the process I have gained beautiful friendships. I wanted to take time this morning to catch up and thank you again for all the changes I already see. Only 16 days and so many things are better!!

  1. No pain in my leg when I walk.
  2. Improvement in the pain in my neck… can’t understand that?? NO ALEVE FOR 5 DAYS!
  3. 5 times the energy I had 2 weeks ago
  4. Wore a pair of pants to DFS yesterday that I couldn’t zip all summer.
  5. Brain feels sharper, clearer.
  6. I’ve always been a happy person but I’m so full of joy I can’t stand it
