Want to firm it up? This class focuses on exercises for the abdominals and gluteus maximus. This class includes additional exercises to work muscle groups connected to these areas. Everybody wants better abs! But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. This class has abdominal work that will firm up the transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus.
Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! Whether you’re running suicides, jumping rope, doing squats, planks, or conditioning on the stability ball - your mind won't have time to wander, and your body will turn into a calorie burning machine!
Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with this class. Kim will through in all types of cardio training. Some days you may do kickboxing, some days high/low impact, some days sports conditioning – but bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!
This class works on core strength, balance, coordination, neuromuscular function and muscle strength. I will lead clients through a full body workout using weights and body weight to perform exercises on the Swiss ball. This class is a step up from the normal strength training class.
This class takes clients through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results.
This fast-paced class is a challenging and unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, and strength & endurance training. Kim will lead a boot camp-style workout class that will give everyone a full body workout.
